Trolley care and maintenance

With the correct care your trolley will age gracefully and last a lifetime.

Care Instructions.

1. In order to preserve the appearance of your trolley or any wooden kitchen item you should oil all wooden surfaces once a day for a week using a wood conditioning mineral oil which is food safe.
2. Then once a week for a month.
3. Once a month therafter.
4. Keep your trolley away from direct sunlight, radiators and other direct heat sources to avoid warping and discolouration.

Oiling Process.

1. Use a soft clean cloth soaked lightly in wood conditioning mineral oil.
2. After applying the oil, remove any excess oil with a clean dry cloth and leave for a minimum of 20 minutes before use.
3. After normal use of your trolley, use a moist cloth and wipe dry.
