Dear Peter
Just a short note to say thank you for sorting out the delivery of my trolley. The two delivery guys were great, very polite and chatty. Even my alsatian took a shine to them! The trolley is fantastic, looks great and will last a lifetime. Thanks again. Recommend you 100%. ---------------------------------------------------------- Peter I would like to thank you for your service in communicating and ordering the Catskill Empire Trolley. It arrived last Friday and I spent a good few hours assembling it - but it was well worth the effort as we are both very impressed with it. (Eddington's didn't inform us of their despatch as you'd requested - but fortunately I was in to receive it.) I would gladly recommend your website for the combination of excellent customer services and great prices. The Catskill brochure refers to their own care product (Catskill's Original Butcher Block Oil) which has as its base a highly refined linseed oil with drying agents. They say that this conveys long term protection for the wood as the linseed oil hardens with the wood. From the products you sell, which would you recommend for the top of this trolley? I'm guessing either is suitable as they are intended for this kind of surface - but what would best help us keep this maple in top shape for a long long time. Regards |
