Shipping Information
Delivery is often achieved within 7 days, but please allow 28 days for delivery.

For certain John Boos Trolleys. You will have to allow up to 8 weeks delivery as they are all made to order.

 

**  Christmas Deliveries  **

Trolley orders up to the 11^th December/2009 will be guaranteed for delivery before the 25^th December providing they are in stock. 
Orders taken after the 11^th December will be delivered asap but cannot be guaranteed for xmas .

Trolley deliveries will continue throughout the xmas and new year period.NB The Republic Of Ireland,Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands are now included for delivery of all Eddingtons Trolleys.

The cost for the Republic and Northern Ireland is £ 150.00 +Vat,The Scottish Islands is £ 125.00 + Vat and will include the service of a two man team to ensure safe delivery.

NB. Note, above prices are a guideline, to obtain exact cost please contact by phone  01625 618130. Should you wish to use your own forwarding agents then please contact County Trolleys and we will arrange for the trolley to be delivered to your nominated forwarding agents on the mainland at no extra cost.

When purchasing the trolleys. Please put through the ordering system as normal on the site and then contact the site for exact shipping cost information or if you have your own forwarding shipping agent that you would like to use with County Trolleys, we will liaise to have your trolley forwarded to your agent on the mainland at no extra cost.

 

Payments of shipping costs to Islands

 

1. To pay for your trolley with a quoted shipping cost please phone the site and your banking details will be taken and put through our automated world pay site.
2. Should you wish to use your own forwarding agent please contact the site with any details that you wish to use and we will liaise with them and ensure that your trolley is delivered to the said agents at no extra cost.

Please supply where possible an alternative address where there is someone to receive and sign for the package

Prices
The price you see is the price you pay including delivery to UK Mainland. E & O E.
Should there have been a change in a product price and it has not been changed on the web pages we will inform you and give you the option to reconsider your purchase.

Returns/Refund Policy

 

Returns Procedure.

If you need to return any goods to us, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to obtain a valid returns number. No goods returned will be accepted without a valid returns number.  All goods returned must be packaged properly in the original state. Subject to examination of any returned goods, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or an exchange item subject to the terms below;-

If any goods are damaged in transit, or deemed as being “not fit for purpose” we will provide a refund or replacement subject to the above returns procedure.

Goods which were ordered in error or are subject to a simple "change of heart" may be returned subject to a 15% handling charge, and must be returned at the customer's own expense, subject to the above returns procedure.

No goods returned will be accepted without a valid returns number. Subject to examination of any returned goods, we will contact you to arrange either a refund or an exchange item. All goods returned must be packaged properly in the original state.
